Unfortunately I was trying to purchase a 2013 427 Corvette Convertible from this dealership. Initially I would get response and then would respond to it and someone else would respond back. I final Corvette Convertible from this dealership. Initially I would get response and then would respond to it and someone else would respond back. I finally learned the car wasn't actually at the dealership and they were waiting for delivery. Then after a number of days I inquired again and got told it was there but not ready for sale although it was listed. Then I was told it was getting a dash repair. That was the last communication and the car is off the ads so clearly they sold it out from under me even though I offered a deposit to hold it and begin the process. I emailed 7 different contacts which had been ones contacting me and now not one contacted me back. Just horrible to deal with. Avoid them at all costs!! Zero stars! More

Disappointed with my overall experience at this dealership. Had a brand new truck in the shop for repairs less than a week after purchase — the sales team showed zero concern and there was no follo dealership. Had a brand new truck in the shop for repairs less than a week after purchase — the sales team showed zero concern and there was no follow up whatsoever to see how the vehicle or I were doing after the sale. Things got worse from there. The finance department presented completely different terms once they got me back in the office — not what was discussed upfront. On top of that the dealership has still not paid off my previous lease or contacted the lease company, leaving me making payments on a vehicle I no longer have. That is simply unacceptable. When you try to reach someone at the dealership the reception is unprofessional and the finance manager does not even have a voicemail set up. There is no accountability and no path to resolution. This dealership is only interested in closing a sale — not in taking care of their customers before or after. In my experience GM and Chevrolet dealerships typically offer excellent service, especially here in the West Palm Beach area, so I would strongly suggest driving further north for a much better experience. I am now reaching out directly to the owners at Lou Bachrodt to try to get this resolved. Hoping for a response. More
