The staff is always kind and helpful, but the wait time can be pretty extensive. The past two times I have brought my car in for oil change I have waited for at minim 2.5 hours. Each time there has been either a recall or more service than just the oil change, but some communication for how long the service will actually take would be great. This past time one of the service members came to me and said 30 minutes left and I still waited for an hour and a half. They stated they were short handed and double booked, and apologized because it shouldn’t have been that long. But it was essentially a waste of my day at the dealership More

Brian is a seasoned and caring salesperson. Very knowledgeable. Every time we entered the showroom there was someone there to greet us. Dividers around the sales desks made us feel comfortable. The actual service work is good. Customer Service is just okay. For example, when calling and not getting an answer there’s an option to have a service member text you back. I’ve tried that twice but never actually had anyone text me. I was told at a previous service I would need tires soon then at this service I was told the opposite. I recently needed warranty work that required a back ordered part. After not hearing anything for a while I called and found out they had the part but never contacted me to let me know. Also, I did not get a reminder for my 30k service. More
