The staff is always kind and helpful, but the wait time can be pretty extensive. The past two times I have brought my car in for oil change I have waited for at minim 2.5 hours. This past time one of the service members came to me and said 30 minutes left and I still waited for an hour and a half. The actual service work is good. Customer Service is just okay. For example, when calling and not getting an answer there’s an option to have a service member text you back. I’ve tried that twice but never actually had anyone text me. I was told at a previous service I would need tires soon then at this service I was told the opposite. I recently needed warranty work that required a back ordered part. After not hearing anything for a while I called and found out they had the part but never contacted me to let me know. Also, I did not get a reminder for my 30k service. More
