I’ve normally had great experiences with Lou Soub Honda, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I came in for a routine oil change, but the service experience was very different from what I’v which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I came in for a routine oil change, but the service experience was very different from what I’ve experienced in the past. The representative was quite rude and seemed to be in a hurry to get me out. While I was waiting in the service area, he called me over to get my keys and rushed through closing out the transaction. He then simply pointed out where my car was parked rather than providing the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from this dealership. To make matters worse, I was also given the wrong receipt, which added to the frustration and made the entire transaction feel careless and rushed. It honestly felt like I had walked into a completely different dealership—one that did not value my time or my business. I hope this was an isolated experience, because I’ve always considered Lou Soub Honda to have a good service department. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers are treated with the courtesy, attention, and respect they deserve. More
