I’ve never had an EV and was hesitant, but his extensive knowledge and personal experience of owning an EV brought me so much peace of mind. I fell in love with the car! I never felt pressured or like I was being sold something. Steve spent hours with us the night we came in and the entire next morning explaining all about the car and how to customize it to work best for me. He has since called or texted me every day for the last 3 days since purchasing to see how everything is going, if I had any questions, etc. He understands that having an EV for the first time comes with a learning curve and I feel so much more comfortable knowing that I can just call/text him if anything comes up. 10/10 experience!!
