We arrived at the service center and our advisor - who was someone we had never worked with before was busy with another client and said he would be with us in a minute. He finished with that client and s was someone we had never worked with before was busy with another client and said he would be with us in a minute. He finished with that client and still didn't call us over. We had to initiate the request to him. The scope of work included an oil change, tire rotation and to look at the gas gauge because it was stuck on Empty. The recommended work was refused because of the cost and age of the car and because it was not a safety issue. We waited for hours after the call where we rejected the gas gauge fix suggestion for another call to tell us that the car was ready for pick up. In the past our advisors have always called us to tell us that the car was ready for pick up. This time we had to call him and ask for a status and was told that the car was ready. Also, the sticker to remind us when the next oil change was due was not applied on the windshield. This service experience was a disappointment especially since we have had much better service there in the past. We have worked with Heather Cullen previously and she had always been attentive and responsive. More
