May of 2025 seals were replaced. Was not the outcome I expected. It was explained to me how the seals are shipped and that was probably the reason the seals did not lay/ meet, for Was not the outcome I expected. And oh, my warranty didn’t expire until April so I had plenty of time. Later in the Summer I went back in staying the guck slopped on the Sashes would not come off, even with a detail place trying to remove the stains. I was told the dealership would replace the Sashes as a one time.good will jester. First of all, it wasn’t my xxxx up. Second of all the service ticket never revealed the issue with the Sashes was due to their installation. Thirdly, since it was due to them, did they suck up the cost for the parts and labor, or bill it as under my warranty.. November, I’m driving on the express way in TN when I hear an awful sound . I pull over and see one Sash just hanging by a thread. Made an appointment when I returned home. Sash was replaced. Three weeks ago I took my vehicle in cause I noticed an area was lifting on that same Sash. It was replaced. Not perfect, but replaced. In an hour I noticed it lifting a little bit, and after three ours a good portion had bowed out/ detached. Now I’m to make an appointment for service again.
