We found this used Sonata on the website, so I called the dealership & spoke with Zach who was very knowledgeable about the car & communicated via email also. I told him it would take at least 3 hours to arr dealership & spoke with Zach who was very knowledgeable about the car & communicated via email also. I told him it would take at least 3 hours to arrive at the dealership & he offered to hold the car until we got there. Zach was ready with the car when we arrived at 5 pm, did the test drive & knew this was the car for us long before 6 pm. All was good except it took much too long to finalize the deal. It was a rainy Tuesday and it was not very busy at the dealership, we knew we wanted this car, no argument on the price, & we have excellent credit scores, so I can't imagine why it took so long. We finally got to the finance department where the transaction moved along quickly, but we didn't get home until midnight. More
