It takes a whole to get an appointment and when I get there at the appointed time I always have to wait to get checked in. They ask me if I want a car wash and I say yes, yet 2 out of the last three time there at the appointed time I always have to wait to get checked in. They ask me if I want a car wash and I say yes, yet 2 out of the last three times it has not been washed when I come to pick it up. It always seems to take longer than expected so I have learned not to wait around. Communications was goid as they worked on the vehicle, but apparently they had some problems with their texting system as I did not get a notice that the vehicle was finished and after 5 hours I decided to call and learned the vehicle was finished. More
