My oil change took over an hour and a half. I also tried to schedule three things online. When I showed up I was told “you shouldn’t use online booking” and they would only do the oil change. I had to book another appointment two weeks from now for the other two issues. Compared to my experience at other non-dealer repair places, I don’t know why anyone would pay more to go to the dealership. Far worse experience. More

They are always upfront and very courteous. They fix what I need fixed and will tell me what can wait.
