Service writer Robin took my service needed info always good job. Patrick checked me in, new Service writer I believe did a good job. Had to being my truck back Into check in bay for #1 and this happens EVERY TIME when whichever tech tops off the DEF Fluid they NEVER clean up the mess even though in CAPS on service request it states please clean up after. The crystalized DEF is all over. Unacceptable and ultimately creats issues with DEF system. #2 again Everytime I have brought my vehicle in the window sticker for the next oil change is never correct, wrong type oil, wrong mileage for next oil change. How can this not be corrected? Plus last oil change old sticker was on floor in my truck! #3 Fuel Filter not reset on DIC. This I didn't catch until on the road, which meant I had to return. #4 Grease rag left in my console. So with all this I had to wait longer when went to pick up my pickup and then had to return! More

Did not check tire pressure or reset low pressure sensor. Still had low tires when picked up, though all were checked off on receipt. The worst thing about the dealership is the fact that it took 2 1/2 hours to buy a new vehicle. Too much information requested and business manager not available or working with other customers.
