Long wait time I check my car in for just an oil change at 9:15 AM it wasn’t completed until 11:20AM. Amazing experience I was talking with my wife and a close friend. We were discussing buying new cars at dealerships vs. private purchases; ups and downs of our past expe I was talking with my wife and a close friend. We were discussing buying new cars at dealerships vs. private purchases; ups and downs of our past experiences; regrets and things we would/wouldn't do again. I have purchased quite a few vehicles from private parties and from dealerships. I've owned everything from rusted beaters that rattled down the road, to a brand new Escalade I bought off the lot at Gateway. This vehicle buying experience has been the best I have ever been apart of. I have Lisa to thank for that. She had no issue staying late and helped me out way past quitting time. Her genuine care and willingness to help out and answer questions has not been rivaled by any of my past dealings. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have already and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know who might be looking for a vehicle in the future. If she is still at it in 5-6 years, I know I'll be looking for Lisa to help with my next vehicle purchase. I would also like for you to share this with Mike (sales manager).
