They fixed 1 issue. I declined the other because the part cost 55% more than the exact same OEM part i could have shipped to my door. (Luther wanted msrp) The person i made the reservation with said the part cost 55% more than the exact same OEM part i could have shipped to my door. (Luther wanted msrp) The person i made the reservation with said the part was on hand and i could drop my car off early using the drop box. The part was not in stock so overnight shipping would have been more that 140. Also, COVID took down Luthers dropbox so there is no early dropoff. Fine, but the guy on the phone was wrong again…i was glad i had time to wait. When i paid the cashier they gave me the keys and said have a nice day. No one had any intention of showing me how to operate the switch or button or control or if it was automatic or what. We had to track someone down to explain how the issue was resolved. Even then it wasn’t the technician. Every step was a fumble. Not going back More
