Have had mostly good experiences. Scheduled an oil change, after oil change was leading oil. I took a trip out of town. When I was able to get under the truck. I found the oil filter was loose and it was leaking oil. I also found that after the oil change the oil was severely over full. Was very disappointed. I go to the dealer because I trust the dealer would do it RIGHT. That trust has been broken. I will now consider an alternative. More
