I am giving a 5 star rating for the time being as I am not sure if the work that the service department worked or not. My rating is based on their ability to get my vehicle in on short notice and the c not sure if the work that the service department worked or not. My rating is based on their ability to get my vehicle in on short notice and the cooperation of the Service Manager, Brad J. However, I do have a big concern about the long term viability of the "fix" as this has been an ongoing issue with my 2018 Ford F150's 10 speed transmission from not long after I took possession of it. It has never really worked the way I would expect it to. We will see if the problem persists, which I fully expect it will as this is the second time this "fix" has been done and I am not confident that Ford is standing behind their trucks. More
