After being a faithful customer to Luther Ford for 30 years. I brought my car in 5 days early as the power steering went out. I had an appt. scheduled for Thursday Feb. 2, 2023 for check up. I had this s years. I brought my car in 5 days early as the power steering went out. I had an appt. scheduled for Thursday Feb. 2, 2023 for check up. I had this scheduled for 7:45am and they didn't get to the car until 4pm. Part was ordered and suppose to arrive Feb. 11th. when the part didn't arrive no one made an inquiry to where it was for 2 weeks later. Fedex lost it in transit which took another week before it arrived. Now we are 33 days out before the repair was finally completed. In the same time extended warranty did not cover as it was 4000 miles over, Bought warranty to cover things like this, its sad that when you buy it that it counts the miles already on the car as part of the warranty. So then why would you buy the warranty. I will not make that mistake again. Pay $3000 for it. I do have to give a kudos to one employee that did try to help get things taken care of, Anna H. The bad part of all of this is I lost income for a month. I am a traveling nurse and Uber driver. More
