Great I first came to Luther Hopkins Honda on Dec 9, 2019 - to check the air in my tires after driving up from Florida. The next day I had to come back because my windshield wiper fluid had frozen (despite the fact that I had changed it in preparation for the trip) I was again greeted by Karlina Nelson. She was fantastic and took charge immediately and fixed my problems. I was so relieved as I was not used to driving in such bad weather and was exhausted from it all. I missed her on my last visit - but wanted you to know - she earned my undying loyalty! I schedule service for putting on new license plates for Jan 8, 2020.. I was greeted by a blonde woman (sorry no name) and she efficiently took all details and informed me of the next steps and that Jace would come get me when my car was ready. More
