Airbag recall work I brought in our newly acquired 2002 Odyssey van due to the airbag recall. The SRS light was also lit on the dash. I found it easy to make the appointment online at their service website...this way, I could detail (and remember) what services I wanted to have done. Iand also ordered new tires to be installed during that appointment. A reminder of the appointment date and time was sent to me by text and email. The day of the appointment, I was greeted by a friendly service employee named A.C. Hecker. He confirmed my appointment information that I had previously entered online and helped me decide what service options were indeed necessary for my CR-V. I left the SUV with him and I was on my way home. Later, I received a text informing me how things were going and later another text telling me that my vehicle was ready for pickup.
