Great experience. I am in the service business at a different dealer myself, so I do not typically have service done anywhere. I had a recall, so I had no choice but t I am in the service business at a different dealer myself, so I do not typically have service done anywhere. I had a recall, so I had no choice but to come into Kia to have it done. I also requested some sunroof maintenance at the time because its a ton easier to just have it done then xxxxxx with it myself. My SA, Spencer, was awesome. He took great care of me. They took care of the repairs quickly, and did not dirty my very clean car along the way. When the time comes, I will purchase another Kia here as well as have my service done here.
