My salesman, Ethan, was awesome. Very nice guy. However, they failed to disclose minor cosmetic damage on the 2024 Honda CR-V EX I was sold. Did not offer a walk around the vehicle, Very nice guy. Did not offer a walk around the vehicle, didn’t disclose damage, didn’t go over the features of the vehicle and pushed me into financing when I was pre-approved elsewhere. They lied to me about the financing I was pre approved for, stating it required 30k down. I called my original pre approval company and found that out that was untrue, I was furious. They will say or do anything to make a deal that is not in your best interest. The business manager was rude and did not take no for an answer. No is a full sentence and shouldn’t require justification. I was in a position where I absolutely needed a vehicle, was wanting something reliable and I knew Honda would provide that. I would not recommend this dealership nor will I return. We’ve been through a very difficult few months and this dealership took full advantage of that. Overall, I do really love the suv and am hoping to have it for many years to avoid ever having to step foot in another dealership. More

I like the dealership, but after trading in my old crv, and checking back to their website, I felt I was played and was very disappointed in Perry! He told me that my rear hatch needed to be replaced and w and checking back to their website, I felt I was played and was very disappointed in Perry! He told me that my rear hatch needed to be replaced and would cost $10,000. I didn’t really buy into that but knew there would be some repairs needed. Then he told me it had a lot of dings, which other than the hatch and bumper was not true. Then when we were doing the paperwork he made the comment that I put on a lot of miles! On the CARFAX it said low annual miles, under 15000 per year. Then when they gave the value and what they were charging for it now, that’s when I felt played. I feel they were very deceiving. The integrity of the dealership is really in question. As a former business owner, that would never be how I ran a business. Unless I am contacted and given some compensation I will not be recommending this dealership. More

Very poor. Stay away. They did nothing to fix our Honda Pilot with a confirmed engine problem, (we actually received a letter from Honda, stating a possible pro Stay away. Even after showing them a picture of the code from last year and the fouled plugs , they all still refused to do the right thing. Actually filing a complaint with the MN attorney general. I’ve purchased 4 new Hondas, over the past 40 plus years but no more. I guess when we’re broke down on the side of the road, then they’ll consider the fix they falsely offered More
