We had spent the morning with the Mgr at Luther Cadillac , who arranged for the car to be sent to him so we could purcha Overall = 1: Salesman = 5. We had spent the morning with the Mgr at Luther Cadillac , who arranged for the car to be sent to him so we could purchase. It’s my understanding he had arranged a trade and his driver was already in St Cloud when we found out you decided not to release the car because someone looked at the car and was coming back at 4pm to with his wife to look again. This forced us to rush up to St Cloud (3 hr. RT). Inconvenient for purchase and warranty!!! All interactions with the salesman were professional and positive. Kudos to him. But.... then we had to wait over an hour to meet with finance to pay for the car. Ridiculous! Made for a VERY LONG DAY!!! More

Dave H was a very nice person, very accommodating, and didn't apply heavy pressure or obvious sales tactics... that's great! Here could improve by knowing more about the new Honda vehicles he was sellin didn't apply heavy pressure or obvious sales tactics... that's great! Here could improve by knowing more about the new Honda vehicles he was selling. He did not know the answers to several basic questions. Here was very good about going and asking someone the questions to find out the answers, but he didn't fill me with confidence. CJ was very good to negotiate with. Brian in finance knew his stuff but played the typical games in trying to sell the extended warranty. Overall, very satisfied with my experience, as far as car buying goes. More
