Excellent Used Car Experience Bought a used 2013 Jeep. It’s just what I had been looking for at a fair price. Salesperson was very friendly but (understandably) he couldn’t answer Bought a used 2013 Jeep. It’s just what I had been looking for at a fair price. Salesperson was very friendly but (understandably) he couldn’t answer all my questions since I was buying a Jeep at a Honda dealership. Since we had finalized sale price and trade-in, I thought it would be a quick transaction to get in, sign the papers and leave in the Jeep. I even had an appointment time scheduled (at my Salesperson’s) recommendation since it was a Saturday and he indicated that these are their busiest days. Unfortunately, there was only one person working in the Finance Department so we had to wait a LONG TIME for our credit application to even be entered. So we were in the dealership between 1 - 1 1/2 hours longer than we really needed to be. I’m giving Ricky 4 stars but it’s really not his fault that he was the only one in on a Saturday. More
