Inspection found power steering fluid and brake fluid needed attention. All completed in less than 2 hours while I drank capuchino and watched TV and looked at the new car showroom. I ❤️ Honda Service! Have always had amazing service here. I called at 4:30 on a Friday when my Pilot was acting up and was a little worried that the person I spoke with Have always had amazing service here. I called at 4:30 on a Friday when my Pilot was acting up and was a little worried that the person I spoke with said they could help me if I was able to get there in 10 minutes. 30 mins later I drove in (fastest I could get there) and I was greeted with a welcoming smile and “no problem!” attitude. Although they could not check out my car right away they hooked me up with an amazing spare vehicle for the weekend and I didn’t have to change my weekend plans! Of course my happiness with the entire experience had a lot to do with the fact that my extended warranty covered everything; but I will buy my future vehicles here because I know they have the best vehicle service dept hands down! More
