When I call to make an appointment, the person answering knows my name and the make and model of the vehicle before knowing what I called for. I was pleased enough with the service that I traded in the Pilot for a 2017 CR-V. This was my second routine maintenance on the CR-V and it certainly wont be the last. More

Would call and check in every now and then to see how our decision was coming but never pushed us to make a decision.
