First service center I have been to that had to back out multiple cars on several occasions. It was my first service so It was not clear that a separate express line was available for my service. I had the same advisor the last 2 times there (for the same problem). She was late for both appointments and the appointment started with someone filling in for her. Therefore, she did not get to hear me same problem). She was late for both appointments and the appointment started with someone filling in for her. Therefore, she did not get to hear me explain the problem. It did not appear that she ever really understood the problem. She sold me $2000 of unneeded repairs that did not resolve the problem. On the last visit, she said that unless the problem occurred while they were driving the car, there was nothing they could do. In essence, just gave up. I finally took the vehicle to another Chevy dealer and they diagnosed the problem before lunch. $100 part. More

The whole experience was fairly easy. Nick was great - he listened to what we wanted/needed in a new vehicle and didn't waste our time trying to show ones that didn't fit out needs. Joh Nick was great - he listened to what we wanted/needed in a new vehicle and didn't waste our time trying to show ones that didn't fit out needs. Johnny in finance was also good - since we paid cash he didn't have to go over too much. The only downside for the morning was the long wait for an appraisal on the trade-in. Had we known it would have taken an hour we would have left for lunch an returned.....all in all, we are satisfied and will consider Mac Haik next time we are in the market for a car. More
