I usually only do restaurant reviews. However I had a unique experience here so I decided to leave a review. I had a great experience with Charles for seeking and finding a new car. He However I had a unique experience here so I decided to leave a review. I had a great experience with Charles for seeking and finding a new car. He helped me find what I wanted within my budget. I had to wait for what I truly wanted and as soon as two options were available he sent me photos and I came in to check them out. I decided upon one of them. Once I got to financing I wasn’t clear on the process for doing my deal with direct financing through my credit union. This was frustrating for me but the General Manager was responsive and professional with helping me. I am happy with my purchase and feel I made a good decision and received a fair and good deal.
