I have always had a good experience with the Express Service for normal maintenance items but I have never had a good experience With the Full Service dept. I dropped my car off on Friday knowing it wou Service for normal maintenance items but I have never had a good experience With the Full Service dept. I dropped my car off on Friday knowing it would not be looked at until Monday but the new transmission they put in 6 months prior was having issues.By Tuesday I had not heard anything on my vehicle so I texted my Service Rep. I still hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday and called mid morning and left a message. I finally got a call that it would be ready in about an hour. Needless to say even though it was warranty work I was without a car for quite a few days and had no idea when to expect it. Communication needs to be improved Also wondering why there was a misaligned part in the transmission that had to be realigned doesn’t give me confidence in the work performed originally More
