I’ve brought my car to Mac haik several times for the same problem. They keep saying oh the problem is fixed or oh we can’t find the problem. But my car still having transmission issues. What’s even more crazy is the transmission is “so say new” . They customer service sucks . From check-in…to management and also the loaner department ! Even the girl who checks you out had an attitude. Which out of all of them I should be the one mad . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE OVER HERE FOR MECHANIC WORK NOR TO PURCHASE AN VEHICLE . Do yourself a favor and run from Chevy and Mak Haik. My truck has been at the dealership for 24 days and I’ve texted and called and they won’t even return my xxxxing call.
