I dropped my car off on Thursday evening to get tire sensor. Replaced service guy had no contact with me at all. I finally had to reach out and talk to someone else in service and finally they got him o sensor. Replaced service guy had no contact with me at all. I finally had to reach out and talk to someone else in service and finally they got him on the phone and he went on to tell me that he had problems getting a hold of the extended warranty People in which I purchased it through the dealership when I bought my car. They’re should’ve been better communication between service guy and myself. I texted him multiple times. I called and left messages with him and never heard anything back. Finally, I reached out yesterday at 3:45 PM. I still am without a car during the holiday weekend. I’m going through cancer treatment and I’m not able to go to my appointments because I don’t have a car. They should’ve put me in a loaner because this is ridiculous so with Monday being a holiday, my car probably won’t be done until Wednesday or Thursday of next week so whole entire week without a car. I definitely will not be back or purchase another car from Mac Haik More
