Wow. This was an incredibly awful experience. We took our truck in for an alignment on a Friday. The dealership kept our truck until Monday when I had to This was an incredibly awful experience. We took our truck in for an alignment on a Friday. The dealership kept our truck until Monday when I had to reach out myself to see if it was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, they told me that the vehicle would not start. They wanted to try to tell me that it was something wrong with our vehicle and that we were responsible for payment. After telling them that whatever happened it happened at their shop, they said that we were still responsible for paying for the battery. Mack Haik Chevrolet is fully responsible for all issues that happened in their service station. They are just trying to take advantage of a customer and it will definitely be reported. Disappointed with this "service" and will be filing a complaint. Stay away from Mac Haik Chevrolet! More
Hello. I took my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado High Country to have an oil change. The service advisor was friendly, the waiting area was clean. The service time was great, it didn't seem too long at all. The reason I gave only 4 stars was due to my vehicle having many oil smudges after the service was performed. The oil smudges were on the driver's side fender, the hood, the driver's door handle, the drive's door along the edge and the bottom window seal of the driver's door. To me, it seemed like the quick lube guys did not have clean hands or wear gloves. It also seemed that they did not care to cover the parts of the vehicle while working on it. I have worked in the automotive industry in parts and service for over 20 years in General Motors all the way to Mercedes-Benz. Keeping a client's car clean was always a priority. In this case it was a little disappointing to have my truck returned in that condition since I had it cleaned the day before. I do not want anyone to get in trouble, just to learn how to properly handle a client's vehicle. Best. More

Everyone is very friendly, which I appreciated. But there were constant inconsistencies with pricing and the timing of my vehicle’s repair work, which was frustrating. Additionally, my front license plate is missing so now I have to go through the trouble of reporting it lost/stolen to the police department and getting a brand new license plate number. Despite the friendly nature of the employees, I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this repair shop to friends and family. Please note that I don’t blame the inconsistencies or the missing license plate on the gentleman who assisted me, but on Mac Haik Chevrolet as a business. These appear to be the results of poor operational management of the business itself, not of the specific employee. More

Very questionable issues about the actual service needed, timing of completion and billing. I had to point out the over charges. If I didn’t, I would have been charged an extra $500. Bill was suppose to be timing of completion and billing. I had to point out the over charges. If I didn’t, I would have been charged an extra $500. Bill was suppose to be around $3500 (assuming all the services were needed, Im not the pro, they are, correct?) I went to check out and it was $4100. They remedied the issue, but only after I questioned the over charges. The point is, they are able to “steal” from customers if the customer doesn’t call them out on the “over charges” and get them to take them off the bill. Knowing I would be out of a car for 2-3 days, I should have been given a loaner. The two staffers I worked with seemed understanding to my issues/needs but the over all experience should have been better. More
