Excellent Customer Service I purchased a used 2016 Acura RDX from Maita Toyota. I am happy with the vehicle but still trying to get familiar with it. As far as Maita Toyota's staff, my dealings with Soney Vasquez, Roy Prasad, Frank Remeneski, and other staff members I came across were professional, cordial, and exceeded my expectations. A special Thanks to Soney who attempted to answer all my questions, alleviate my concerns during the process, and delivered the RDX to me since my elderly Mom is not driving any more. My only complaint was the time that me and my Mom spent to complete the deal was too long. We were at Maita Toyota from 4:30 PM to 8:45 PM. First, the RDX was being transferred from Maita Chevrolet in Elk Grove. The Maita driver got caught in rush hour traffic on 99 so we had to wait for the RDX to arrive. After doing a test drive and visual inspection, it was close to 7 PM. Once we completed the initial paperwork, we had to wait for Roy to become available. Once we met with Roy, everything went smooth except for the credit card payment ... the network went down so no credit cards could be processed. I ended up coming back the next day during my lunch break to complete that along with a few other items that Soney took care of for me. Please note Maita Toyota's cafe also shuts down in the late afternoon/early evening so we never had a chance to get some food unit after we left. More

Piss Poor We went in to pick up the car after service and my wife felt rushed and uncomfortable. Excellent service Brought in my 2019 Camry for its 5K check-up under the ToyotaCare plan to Maita Toyota, and was warmly greeted by Karina, who checked me in promptly. She was professional and thorough in all the areas the service team would cover in their inspection. I had only one issue with the sensitivity of the back seat belt monitors, as we've had an issue of placing items, like a purse or gym bag, on the back seats, which we could do in our old cars, but doing so in the new Camry sets off a constant beeping to alert us that the seat belts needed to be buckled. I brought this up to Karina, who said she would ask her team if anything could be done about it. (At the end, she said this was a feature implemented by Toyota, and they couldn't adjust the sensitivity, unfortunately. However, she was very understanding of the issue, and her explanation was detailed.) Although it appeared rather busy in the lobby, I felt neither pressured nor rushed during the check-in process. The Service Department is well-run, organized, and efficient. Car was in and out in little more than an hour. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will look forward to the next visit. More
