Did I mention Bryce is very dedicated to making sure his Customers get the best service. I especially appreciate his honesty. I took my Wife's Highlander Platinum Hybrid in for it's 3rd Service under Toyota's 2 year New Car Service Program. Great Scot, Bryce had me in AND out before I had time to make my normal walk around the entire Maita Lot. In other words, I was out of there in less than 60 minutes!!!! ALL done, rotated tires, Multi-point Inspection, and topped off all fluids. Great Scot!!!! More

Everything was fine enough, however when I checked out to get my car two separate employees took my paperwork back in to the service advisor desk. Evidently, there has been an issue with people not paying an get my car two separate employees took my paperwork back in to the service advisor desk. Evidently, there has been an issue with people not paying and getting their cars. My service was covered so the paperwork showed $0. However, there should have been a “Paid” stamp I learned. The first lot porter went back to the desk and I am assuming got a verbal ok. When my car was pulled around, that porter took my paperwork again and then came back with the “Paid” stamp on it. More
