It was my 1st time at Maita Toyota. You will be my go to! It was my first time at Maita Toyota. I recieved a Recall notice and made an appointment to have the work done at Maita. After I arrived, I inquired about regular maintenance, the advisor Bob P. was Great. I was actually overdue for the 100,000 mile service. They did it along with the Recall work. It was ready almist to the minute that was estimated. I woukd reccomend Maita Toyota highly and will be a loyal customer. More

Outstanding car buying experience I bought 2019 Corolla LE last week from Maita Toyota, but had walked away from a very competitive leasing deal - so I have a little bit of data to tal I bought 2019 Corolla LE last week from Maita Toyota, but had walked away from a very competitive leasing deal - so I have a little bit of data to talk about! Mike Esparza, Nick, Eli (finance), Danny McElroy and Chris have all been great, if not phenomenal. I did quite a bit of research before approaching this dealership and had my numbers straight, and we quickly got to the best numbers for both sides. When I walked off the deal the first time, Mike very professionally thanked and left his number to contact later. When I decided to buy a couple weeks later intead of leasing- same story and better! Mike offered the best he could on phone, and honored it when all our family went to get the car (I heard this doesn’t happen without a written quote all the time). Chris helped me with the car selection. He also gout my trade in evaluated ( I did not accept the trade in offer) It was all straight shooting: just getting down to my numbers. What more, Nick came and personally greeted me, and gave a handsome discount on what was already a great deal. Eli at finance was very courteous and went over all the numbers many a time until I was comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like about is how long it took - I counted 5hours! With my little one it was tough to hang on that long ... Overall, great experience and sure I’ll send their way my friends and my future self! More
Bad customer service We went to the dealership to buy a car for CASH withing the particular range of price; they told that they have only 2 cars (later when we already bou We went to the dealership to buy a car for CASH withing the particular range of price; they told that they have only 2 cars (later when we already bought the car we found more cars that they would show us before we made a choice). It was 5pm, we try 2 cars a choose one, started prcess to buy and it took around 3 hours! We went home 9:30 when the dealership was closed. In additional, while we were waiting, the cafeteria was closed so we didn't have an access to drink something hot during the cold weather or eat something. We had a child who wanted to eat so he was upset and we too as well. There were many employees but only a few customers, for me it means that they are just spending time there to get a paycheck; they are not interesting to do the job as fast as it possible to satisfy the customer's expectations and the representatives are not familiar about the stock. Only the last guy who was accepting money and who was helping us to sign the documents did his job very very fast. Over all - Disapointed. More
