Good experience this time but that hasn't always happened I've come here before for my old car and had terrible service. Great Customer Service The process was effortless. I like the report at the end of the visit. I noticed an employee I seen about 6 months ago and the customer service wa The process was effortless. I like the report at the end of the visit. I noticed an employee I seen about 6 months ago and the customer service was not up to par. I reporting the employee to management and I was assured that further training was going to be implemented. I seen the same employee on my appointment and noticed the customer service improved a lot. I feel that management addressed the issue and the employee has made substaintial improvement. There's a near by Toyota Service near my residence, however I don't go to that location because Toyota Maita provides better customer service. The extra drive is worth it. More

Super I don't like the process of buying cars with a salesperson constantly trying to force you into buying something you can't afford or don't like. I finally found a dealership where I was left free to roam the lot with a salesperson in tow to answer my questions. When we could not find what I wanted, he told me "Wait here" and came back a few minutes later with exactly the no-frills vehicle I wanted. Eventually, we arrived at the price I wanted to pay. I felt no pressure. Doing the paperwork was equally painless. More

Service work done and some not done. We just bought a new Avalon and had some extras added such as Door edge and side protection and new weather tech floor mats. We took it in the night We just bought a new Avalon and had some extras added such as Door edge and side protection and new weather tech floor mats. We took it in the night before and they gave us a rental car to get back home. The next day they called us promptly when all was completed and when we came in the paperwork was ready and completed quickly and we had our car back and were on the road. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing they didn't do was to vacuum the floors of the car before they put the mats down and it would have been nice if they ran the car through the car wash. Even when we bought the car, it was not washed and the windshield and sides were dirty?? More
