I received the level of service I have come to expect. It was freezing the morning I arrived and it appeared that it was going to be a busy day for the team there. 7am and a steady line was forming. Still, I was greeted with a good morning and a smile. I was quickly checked in and settled in to wait for my car. I had a great cup a free coffee. My service advisor came back to verify an inquiry about my transmission fluid and confirmed the price and he quickly went to make sure that was taken care of. I was out of there before 11:30am and on my way home. Professionalism and courtesy despite it being very busy that day. I appreciated that. I was 'window' shopping in the parts department and someone stopped their work to look up an item for me knowing I wasn't going to buy. Interested in the customer. Can't ask for more than that. More

Purchase of 2015 Highlander Sophia was wonderful to work with. She made us feel welcome, and did not play games. We went to another dealer the day before, and the two salesmen we worked with played games. They were to busy selling themselves and also saying they had to switch because a manager wanted to meed with the salesman we were working with (I don't believe a manager would risk a sale doing that as that made us feel unwelcome). The second salesman spent more time selling himself than the car (wanted to to check out his Superman ring to much). Sophia and Maita Toyota made sure to take care of us, and we appreciated it. Roy, our Finance guy remembered us from my last purchase last year, and he bend over backwards to make sure to go the extra step to help us. More
