Fantastic, except for one thing, explained below It was to take 1- 1/2 hrs. to service my car for a yearly checkup. My new purchase was taken to get gassed up while I was signing. Once the financing was complete the car was pulled up door open and ready for me to get in. When I arrived to my destination of course I showed off my new car to friends and noticed a ding on the passengers side door. I called the dealership to notify them I wasn’t happy with the ding but was told they sold it as is and recommended for me to buy door molding to cover it up. This was a brand new car purchase paid over 30k I should get what I paid for. More
SatisfactoryI I brought my Tacoma in as I was having a clunking sound when I came to a stop or started to drive. It took two technicians to finally fine the problem I brought my Tacoma in as I was having a clunking sound when I came to a stop or started to drive. It took two technicians to finally fine the problem (Drive Shaft). I had read about this on the internet. I was told it would take a day. I was then told they had to order part. Then I was told Toyota would not send the part till they confirmed my extended service policy was valid. After three days I was told it was going to take another three days. This would mean my vehicle was in the shop for a week. I was offered a rental but I have another vehicle at my disposal. I was told this on a Saturday morning, and low and behold I was called a little later and told my car was ready to be picked up that day. I was very pleased with the service from Mark Lee Reloza and Val Valadez. The service seems to have taken care of the problem. I am happy the work got done, but at times it was somewhat confusing. Steve Morse is one of the best Service Managers that Maita has. He does not push unneeded service on you but if a service is due he will tell you and you make the decision without pressure to have to completed or not. He is honest and you can trust what he tells you to be fact. As far as Maita Sales. You have to be careful here. They do push products and services on you but they don't exactly tell you what the bottom line is to you. I made the mistake of not paying attention when I purchased my 2015 Highlander. It is a GREAT car but the services they pushed on me were excessive. Pay attention to the bottom line when or if you purchase from Maita. Just a note: All of the car dealers are like this. In a way I expected better from Maita but I didn't get it on the sales floor. More
