Karina did an excellent job explaining every detail of the service and also took extra time to search for the answer to a question I had about the Bluetooth echo problem. Once they brought my car up she realized it had not been washed, which I requested. She hurried right out and asked if I had an extra few minutes, they would get it done...and she did! 5 star service! More

Friendly, informative If the sales department is anything like their service, then I really wish I had purchased from Maita. Toyota owners need only drive up the hill to Auburn to find a great disparity in customer service. At Maita, they treat you like you are the only customer - while other dealers oftentimes make it seem like they are somehow doing you a favor for doing their job. The staff at Maita is always happy and willing to answer any questions. There is no doubt that I will continue servicing my Highlander there, and buy from there when the time arises. More

Excellent service I always go to Lee because I trust him and know that I will be taken care of. I gave 4 stars because it is expensive, telephone customer service is inferior and a lack of organization for after hours drop off I was unacceptable. 1) We would love that the prices were not so high. We are loyal customers and have been made aware that other service departments a more reasonable. 2) the customer service phone people lack the upbeat, pleasantry one would expect. They are not so helpful. 3). Had I not called in on Saturday to check my car it would not have been serviced. It was parked with the paperwork in it and no one knew it was dropped off. I was very concerned and thaiyggt it may have been stolen. That was careless and unacceptable. All drop off cars should be documented on a list so this doesn’t happen. I’m surprised that you don’t already have an efficient system in place. For that matter, Maura deserved 2 stars. Had it not been for Lee, it would have been. He did all he could to have the car ready by closing. Thank goodness, I didn’t need it by noon. More

Stress free experience! I initially visited Maita Toyota to look around and see what prices they were offering, i ended up leaving in a new car and could not be happier. Bill I initially visited Maita Toyota to look around and see what prices they were offering, i ended up leaving in a new car and could not be happier. Bill was the first to welcome me and my father at the dealership and showed us the car we were looking for. Bill did not pressure us in anyway and i really appreciated that, very nice guy. Sami Bolad was also very professional and made the financial portion of the purchase seem very quick and easy, which i appreciate. Overall, great dealership and wonderful staff! Will be buying from them again in the future. Thank you Bill and Sami! :) More
