This time around, we had the worst experience buying a car from this dealership, even though we’ve bought multiple cars here before. The representatives were rude and unprofessional, refusing to offer any car from this dealership, even though we’ve bought multiple cars here before. The representatives were rude and unprofessional, refusing to offer any service and being uncooperative about anything we asked. They acted as if we were taking the cars for free. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone or refer them to go here. More
Overall good experience, they took care of the repair for my truck and got it done quickly at a fair price. my truck and got it done quickly at a fair price. More
Descriptive about upcoming service, kept in good contact, and had a very welcoming attitude towards me at all times. and had a very welcoming attitude towards me at all times. More
I took my truck in because there was an issue with my brake squealing and it’s only a year old. They corrected that but while I was there, I asked them to go ahead and change the oil. Within a few weeks brake squealing and it’s only a year old. They corrected that but while I was there, I asked them to go ahead and change the oil. Within a few weeks oil was leaking out from underneath my car onto my driveway. A lot of it! When I noticed it, I took it into the dealership and let them know. They said that something wasn’t tightened down well enough and it was causing the oil to leak. I think of some kind of seal not sure. What I really didn’t like is after showing him oil all over a towel. I put down underneath the car he indicated when I picked up the car that there was a very small oil drip. Even though it was fixed, it was not a very small trip. It was a bad leak and it could’ve cost some real damage to my car. I thought that was negligent on the part of the guy that changed my oil if there’s footage of this being changed, you might want to review it because it could’ve cost damage to my engine if my oil would half brown low without me even being aware of the leak. Thank you More
