Everything was fine enough, however when I checked out to get my car two separate employees took my paperwork back in to the service advisor desk. Evidently, there has been an issue with people not paying and getting their cars. My service was covered so the paperwork showed $0. However, there should have been a “Paid” stamp I learned. The first lot porter went back to the desk and I am assuming got a verbal ok. When my car was pulled around, that porter took my paperwork again and then came back with the “Paid” stamp on it. More

Requested for my interior light to be fixed and wasn't acknowledged or updated with fixing, my coolant liquid was left empty and not filled, my window washer wasn't filled up. Do not use their service department, their only goal is to upsell and over charge. They absolutely don't care about you as a loyal customer you are just a cash cow, go somewhere else to upsell and over charge.
