This is the third time I have responded to a rating. I did not have the usual experience at my last service. One smaller item was never worked on that I requested repair, and the change of service sup I did not have the usual experience at my last service. I did receive loaner, but as it took two additional days than planned, it was quite inconvenient. More
When I inquired about key replacement, I was told it was "very expensive." I just went through surgery and probably looked homeless that day but I don't think I deserved that kind of treatment. I was told that a second time even after I said I paid the extended warranty which includes a free key replacement. Then I was told they don't do key replacements on Saturday. I was there for a regular service and want to hit 2 birds with one stone, but I was told to come back another day. Living in Rocklin and still undergoing medical recovery, I'd rather live with one key than be inconvenienced by a company who does not know what customer service and respect is about. Someone reached out to me via text, Val V., to try to make things rights, but instead, he just made things worse. They are only nice to you when they are selling their expensive extended warranty. Once they get your money, they won't give a xxxx about you. I hope the dealer closer to where I live is better. I am not coming back to this disrespectful and zero customer service company for service and future car purchase. More
