I recently had the pleasure of working with both the Sales and Service teams, and I can honestly say that both experiences exceeded my expectations! On the sales side, I got very lucky after submitting an inquiry through their online sales page and was connected with Ryan Scott. From there, the rest was history. I’ll be honest, I’m usually a little hesitant when working with dealerships because there can sometimes be that feeling of being oversold. Then you get to the finance department, where it can feel like you’ve reached the “final boss” of additional products, add-ons, and upsells. 😂 That was not my experience here. Ryan made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. His knowledge, transparency, communication, and willingness to help made a huge difference. I truly felt like he was focused on helping me find what I needed rather than simply making a sale. I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future! On the Service side, I had the opportunity to work with Emilio, and it honestly felt like I was working with a dream team. Emilio provided outstanding customer service, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Even with the service department being busy, he kept everything moving efficiently and got us back on the road without making us feel rushed or overlooked. I actually have a local dealership up the hill from me, but I’m so glad I made the trip down to Sacramento. It was absolutely worth it to get the level of service, support, and overall experience I was looking for, both when purchasing a vehicle and when bringing it in for service. I would recommend this dealership only if you have no other choice, such as warranty work, as genuine factory parts are used. our next service for any of our 3 Toyotas will be in Roseville to see if it's better. Almost everything they do is fine just Don't trust what they say about your tires not only do they put the wrong psi in them even when they say they put the correct psi (they put my front tires to 25 psi w they say about your tires not only do they put the wrong psi in them even when they say they put the correct psi (they put my front tires to 25 psi when they are supposed to be at 35 psi) they also told me that my tires where still in the green and good but when I was fixing the psi to what it is supposed to be for my car I noticed that all 4 of my tires where cracking and not safe to drive yet then told me that they where good if I didn't notice I could have gotten into a very bad accident Sadly I don't know the name of the people that worked on my car to properly rate the correct person so I don't know if the person I selected was involved but I had to select someone in order to leave a review More
