Maita Toyota - Service Center

Service advisor very helpful after I left Maita. Got home found oil leaking under engine, phoned and came in and Angel Cruz went to the mat for me and got car looked at, Drain plug left loose, Fixed and I wa found oil leaking under engine, phoned and came in and Angel Cruz went to the mat for me and got car looked at, Drain plug left loose, Fixed and I was fine, let me rent a car and I came in the next day to pick up my 4Runner. I had spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change and lube in the morning. Did not want to wait in the afternoon. I feel much better knowing the personnel at Maita were quick to respond to my problem. Rude and disrespectful customer service rep who gave me the wrong information and told me I didn’t need an oil change when my oil was black causing me to go elsewhere. Although my appointment was at 7:00, I still had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours for oil change. I had asked to have settings put back to what I wanted on dashboard, but nobody would help me. Always on time good service. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the excessive wait time given the minor routine service I was in for.
