So this conflict made me kind of lack of trust to Maita mechanic staff! By the way I made my appointment online to receive $10 off for repair and service but I was told I have the oil change coupon so they couldn’t combine with $10 off! But once got the email in regards a month ago didn’t mention it won’t combine with sale! You should noted on the email with details! More

Great experience. I brought my Tacoma in to get new keys and fobs and to get them programmed. I also wanted Maita to check my suspension and my brakes, fully expecting I brought my Tacoma in to get new keys and fobs and to get them programmed. I also wanted Maita to check my suspension and my brakes, fully expecting to need new brakes on the rear. Happily for me, the brakes only needed to be cleaned and adjusted and my suspension was ok. It not only saved me money but reconfirmed why I'm still willing to pay the extra that going to a dealer for service costs, because I've come to trust Maitas doing what I need and not just selling me parts and service I don't really need. I know that even when something doesn't go the way expected, the guys at Maita will do what it takes to do the best they can to fix it. More
