Glad I came here I give 5 stars because of the quality of work done as well as the quality of the people here. It took longer than expected but since they do such go I give 5 stars because of the quality of work done as well as the quality of the people here. It took longer than expected but since they do such good work everyone comes here. I had no problem waiting. They asked me detailed questions about what I wanted done, they showed me a cost breakdown of what I wanted too. There is a comfortable area to wait and a coffee/snack shop. A place for the kids to play and a huge TV to watch sports. The guy in charge of my case came to find me to ask if the extra work was OK. Very happy girl here. More

Maita never disappoints! I have had great service both with purchasing and maintaining my Highlander. Usually, I’m not a fan of purchasing warranties, but I hit an end of mont I have had great service both with purchasing and maintaining my Highlander. When I was driving home after the 75,000 mile service, I was shocked to see the tiny chip had turned into an immense crack, all the way up the windshield. It was NOT that way when I brought it in, so I am annoyed. More

I bought my 2000 Toyota Corolla from you almost 20 years ago. I always bring it to you for oil changes and anything else that needs maintenance. There have been very few problems through the years. S'ervice understaffed I had previously given Maita a 5 star rating for the good experience in purchasing the vehicle and my first two visits for complimentary service. Both I had previously given Maita a 5 star rating for the good experience in purchasing the vehicle and my first two visits for complimentary service. Both times I was greeted promptly and was in and out in about an hour. This time I sat in my car for close to 15 minutes before I was even approached. She eventually took me inside where a service adviser told me that even though I had an appointment they were running behind and instead of the normal hour to an hour and a half it would be at least 2 1/2 hours before my car would be ready. I moved to Wilton after purchasing the car at Maita Sacramento and drove 40 minutes to get there and had a 40 minute drive home. It was the 15,000 mile service so all they were doing was rotating the tires and checking the brakes and fluids. Maybe 15 min. on the rack? That means my car was going to sit for well over 2 hours before they even looked at it. Seems to me they had to know they were understaffed and could have given me a call telling me how far they were behind before I drove all that way. Had my car brought back up and do not plan on ever using Maita Toyota again. More
