Great price, long, long wait I had an appointment for 2pm, and true to their word, they got me right in. Several times during the process, I checked in to see what was going on, a I had an appointment for 2pm, and true to their word, they got me right in. Several times during the process, I checked in to see what was going on, and thank goodness they have a cafe because even with an appointment, it was over an hour and forty minutes before I got my car back... on a simple oil change. The price was the lowest I've seen in 25 years, though, but I don't know if that makes it excusable. And everyone was kind, polite and friendly. More

Returned the car dirty and didn’t do a good job. First of all I had to bring back my truck because they damaged it while it was getting routine maintenance service. It took 3 weeks in the shop to ge First of all I had to bring back my truck because they damaged it while it was getting routine maintenance service. It took 3 weeks in the shop to get it fixed for the bodywork that wasn’t my fault. When the car was returned to me it was dirty on the inside, as well as the outside. The body repair still had some scratches that I had to buff out myself. The protective covers that were applied are now peeling because they weren’t applied properly. Very bad work for repairing something they damaged. They obviously didn’t care enough to make it presentable. More
