They tell us what needs to be done, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. They are very nice to us, they answer our questions, and go out of their way to be helpful. I had forgotten a few crucial items in the car when it went back for service. Brian Butcher was very helpful, getting these items from out of the car. Very helpful and very personable. service department was very busy but slow to get me out the I had a 9:35 service appointment but was still waiting and had not seen a service adviser by 9:50 AM. Appointment was to have door guards and a rear bumper applique (clear) installed on my new Camry. My service adviser was great. He told me it was about an hour's work to do what was required. At noon, TWO HOURS later, the car was ready. I will not make an appointment on a Monday morning in the future, but rather wait until later in the week. I think I should have been comped for some of the work, since it took TWICE AS LONG to do the job. More
