I was greeted promptly, even before I left my vehicle. The advisor was very helpful in helping me get decide the best service. The problem I had was with the service. I mentioned upon the write that I’ve had to return in the past because the person performing the service did not do an adequate job of cleaning around the oil pan, which caused it to drip oil afterwards. I saw that Adrian wrote this on the order. When I picked my vehicle up and got home there was an oil drip again. I took it back immediately and Adrian was able to have it cleaned again. Since then no more drips. This has happen the last four times I came in for service with Maita. I’ve used Maita for almost twenty years but this inattention to simple details, even when it’s pointed out is concerning. I will think twice before my next service and definitely consider other options More
