I had ordered a mustang Mach e and they were terrible working with me on a trade!! The sales manager was very dishonest!! They kept trying to give me my refund back. I was not happy! This service center is struggling. Techs troubleshot my truck for two weeks before directing me to another service center for parts. I’d call for an update and wouldn’t hear back from a rep for 24hrs. They truck for two weeks before directing me to another service center for parts.
