I could only give a 5, but honestly how I really feel, a 10+ for MANY reasons. Everytime it needs servicing they are spot on, from the service advisor Stephanie who made sure this last service was completed 10+ for MANY reasons. Everytime it needs servicing they are spot on, from the service advisor Stephanie who made sure this last service was completed in just a couple of days (picked me up with an Uber when the work was finished), to Marilyn in customer service following up afterward making sure everything was good. A previous time, overhauling a transmission, not including the multiple testing, replacing two cameras front and rear, all in just two weeks, is absolutely AMAZING! Very happy with the work and service that they provided. As for that 10R80, it drives and switches so smooth after the rebuild (the wife is so happy to be able to drive again). Their complete service team (customer service, service advisor, check-out, parts dept. and service techs) are so GREAT that although I drive the Lincoln brand, I prefer being serviced with Mall of Georgia Ford rather than my previous Lincoln dealer. As you can tell from this review I highly recommend them. More

Purchased a new $60,000 bronco from this dealership 2 years ago. Came in for several warranty repairs and was told by the service manager that they don’t do loaners. When I asked politely one more time, years ago. Came in for several warranty repairs and was told by the service manager that they don’t do loaners. When I asked politely one more time, he responded with an attitude “We don’t do loaners, we don’t do loaners.” I see several review at the dealership with people saying they got a loaner. If I was told, we can’t do a loaner for an x repair, I would have understood. So I was out of a vehicle for a weekend with no replacement for a warranty repair for a new vehicle purchased from this dealership. More
