No need to send an email to discuss it. Your body should messed my truck up when replacing airbags and won’t take accountability for it. Your body shop guy Earnie then called my insurance company and said the issue didn’t happen during the accident. Which he was right it didn’t the techs caused the issue. That’s the second time he called the insurance company to tell them what I was complaining about how nothing to do with my accident. Very unprofessional is the nice way of saying how I feel about him. Spoke with a guy that works right next to the GM told him my concerns 3 weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything back. I say all that to say don’t ever use Mall of Georgia ford body shop. They will xxxx up your truck and not take accountability for it.
