Getting an email about a week after I purchased my car, thanking me for bringing my car in for a service and that they wanted to buy it from me. Well, that was fast! First, I didn't bring it in for a service. It was serviced for me to purchase it. And second, I just bought it and now you want to buy it back? I know mistakes happen and the wrong email gets sent out. I totally understand that. It made me laugh though. More

I was very happy with the customer service that Lori provided and was willing to look past the fact that it took my car over a month to be fixed. Supply chain issues are a real problem at the moment. I provided and was willing to look past the fact that it took my car over a month to be fixed. Supply chain issues are a real problem at the moment. I was able to receive a loaner vehicle during that time, which helped tremendously. However, while I was at the service center, I noticed some real issues with the upper management yelling at their new employees in front of customers. This type of business in unprofessional no matter how well the employee is performing. I suggest that Denise take some management training classes and learn how to talk more appropriately to her employees. Lori was great though! More

got everything we needed fixed, only problem we had was that we couldn't get the maintenance schedule for the car, which is important because the warranty is only valid if the car is maintained.
