I called to get a new key fob and the receptionist said i had to get the recall done at the same time by law. Unbelievably inconvenient, especially when I get there and I'm told there is no recall!!! Lucia, was super nice and helpful Update: Based on the incredible response from Manly about my complaint, I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars, because I could tell how much Jose cared and wanted to make this right. Sales review: Went to Honda on a rainy Friday night an hour before closing, with hope to test drive but knew might be turned down. Svetlana was awesome. She welcomed me into Manly Honda, introduced the ca hour before closing, with hope to test drive but knew might be turned down. Svetlana was awesome. She welcomed me into Manly Honda, introduced the cars, answered my questions, and went on test drives despite the late hour. I did not expect to buy the car that night as I expected them to close at 8pm, but she was so warm and really conveyed having my best interest at heart and I ended up purchasing that evening. Sorry to Svetlana and Ali for having to stay late. As the car needed some things done before being able to drive away, Svetlana coordinated the delivery of the car with patience, good communication, and flexibility, as well as called me about a week of after having the vehicle to check in and see if I had any questions. Highly recommend Svetlana at Manly Honda. More
