I want to apologize for your experience with us. I have no excuse as to why a salesperson would not help you, but we will use that experience as a learning opportunity to do better for our customers in the future. Your service advisor should not have made you feel guilty about your decision to go to Costco for tires. We believe in reporting any findings regarding any concerns with a customer's vehicle to the customer, letting them know what options we offer, and then allowing the customer to decide where to go, regarding getting those items replaced or repaired. We understand that all of our customers make the decision that best fits them, their schedules, and their budgets. We never want to make a customer feel uncomfortable coming to Maple Hill after choosing to buy tires from another location. I also want to apologize about the length of your oil change. Two hours is far too excessive of a wait time with no communication about why the wait is so long. That is not the norm, and I don't believe that would be your experience, if you choose to come back to us for service. If there is ever anything I can do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out.
